Customer base
Where is all the customer information kept?
Every company and contact has its own record: calls, emails, notes, deals, tasks and files are laid out in one history. You adapt the data structure to your business, not your business to the system.
Record with full history
The company, its contacts and deals, and every call and email — in one window.
Custom fields and tags
Eight field types, required fields, formulas and colored tags.
Custom objects
Contracts, sites or equipment with their own fields and links to companies and deals.
Import and duplicates
Import from CSV and Excel with preview, export by filter, merging of duplicates.
Sales
How are deals managed from first contact to invoice?
Deals move through your sales stages, and a quote and an invoice are prepared from the deal lines in one click. A deal with no activity turns red, so none is forgotten.
Several sales pipelines
Custom stages with probability, required fields, tips and loss reasons.
Products and quotes
Product catalog, deal lines and a quote with a public link, PDF and approval.
Invoices
From a quote or a deal, sequential numbering, PDF, sending and payment status.
Deals without activity
Stages have time limits, and the owner gets a reminder before the deal goes cold.
Calls and email
Do calls and emails get into the CRM?
Yes — the CRM itself is the workplace for conversations. You call straight from the record or a list, and emails, the team mailbox and correspondence in other languages are shown next to the same customer.
Calling from the record
A call queue from any list and a recommendation of the best time to call.
Email with priorities
Emails are sorted by importance and urgency, and a task or meeting is created from an email.
Shared team mailbox
Emails to info@ or sales@ are distributed to the team with statuses and internal notes.
Correspondence in other languages
An incoming email is translated for the account manager, and the reply goes to the customer in their language — useful for Spanish-speaking customers.
Artificial intelligence
What does Plus1CX CRM do with artificial intelligence?
AI takes over the work nobody likes: it prepares a summary before a call, suggests CRM updates after the conversation and answers questions about your data in plain language. A person always approves the decision.
Summary before and after the call
Before the call — a customer summary; after it — suggested fields, stage, task and email.
“Ask the CRM”
Questions about customers and deals in plain language, with links and actions.
AI fields from the web
Company information is enriched from record data or the web, with sources.
Insights for managers
Competitor mentions, unusual drops and a weekly summary.
Automation
How does the CRM keep working with the customer on its own?
Sequences, campaigns and surveys run on templates you prepare, and a won deal automatically becomes a project with tasks. The team is left with conversations, not reminders.
Sequences with branches
Emails and tasks by day, branches by call outcome, stopping when the customer replies.
Email campaigns
Recipients by view and consent, double opt-in, scheduling, opens and clicks.
NPS surveys
After a won deal or a request; a low score immediately becomes a task.
Projects after the sale
Templates with phases and dates — a project is created when a deal is won.
Management and reports
What does the sales manager see?
The manager sees the funnel, targets, forecast and the work of every account manager, while permissions and territories ensure everyone sees only what they should.
Reports and targets
Funnel, win rate, cycle length, forecast and targets for revenue and activities.
Recurring revenue
Subscriptions, MRR and ARR, contract renewals and churn.
Commissions and bonuses
Plans with percentages, tiers and products, a report with a breakdown.
Permissions and territories
Visibility, approvals, change log, consents and data deletion on request.

FAQ
Plus1CX CRM — frequently asked questions
What is Plus1CX CRM?
It is the Plus1CX customer management system that brings together companies, contacts and deals, calling, email, quotes, invoices and AI assistance. It is not an integration with another system — the CRM is part of Plus1CX Cloud itself.
How is the CRM activated?
The CRM is activated with a separate license, and seats are assigned to the users who need it. It can be used on its own or together with call campaigns and the auto dialer.
Can data be moved from another CRM or Excel?
Yes. Companies, contacts and deals are imported from CSV or Excel files: fields are mapped, the result is previewed before saving, and duplicates are detected and merged.
Are calls and emails visible in the customer record?
Yes. You call straight from the record or a list, and calls, emails, notes and tasks are shown in one customer history.
How does Plus1CX CRM use artificial intelligence?
Before a call it prepares a customer summary, after the conversation it suggests changes to fields, stage, task and email, sorts emails by importance and answers questions about your data. A person approves the changes.
Which languages does the CRM support?
The interface is available in English and several European languages. Emails to customers can be translated into the customer’s language before sending.
What if we already use HubSpot, Salesforce or another CRM?
Then you do not need Plus1CX CRM — use the CRM and ERP integration instead: call events, history and recordings go into the system you already have.
